I will discuss what you are looking for in a home.

I will educate you about different Bay Area neighborhoods and types of homes and the price range.

I will walk you through the home buying process and the documents you need. Most important being a pre-approval from a mortgage banker and proof of funds for the down payment.

I will share new listings with you on Thursdays, take you to see homes and to open houses. Once we have found the home that’s right for you, I will guide you through the process of negotiating and making an offer, conducting home inspection, appraisal, escrow closing, and other details.

Then you become a home owner.
