I will discuss what you are looking for in a home.

I will educate you about different Bay Area neighborhoods and types of homes and the price range.

I will walk you through the home buying process and the documents you need. Most important being a pre-approval from a mortgage banker and proof of funds for the down payment.

I will share new listings with you on Thursdays, take you to see homes and to open houses. Once we have found the home that’s right for you, I will guide you through the process of negotiating and making an offer, conducting home inspection, appraisal, escrow closing, and other details.

Then you become a home owner.

By working with me, you will learn the selling process thoroughly.

I will meet you at your house and will guide you through preparing the house. this could include Deep-cleaning, Decluttering, Cosmetic renovations to maximize the value of the house, doing inspections, and staging the house.

I will share the market information in your neighborhood for similar homes with you and we will arrive at a price for listing your house.

I will prepare a disclosure package for you to sign and I will have it available for the buyers to review.

I will conduct a marketing campaign at no cost to you that will include photos, virtual tour, social media exposure, open houses, broker tours, contacting realtors.

Once we receive offers I will review the offer with you, contact the lender to verify the buyers loan.

I will negotiate with the buyers agent to get the highest value for your house.
