I will conduct a marketing campaign at no cost to you that will include photos, virtual tour, social media exposure, open houses, broker tours, contacting realtors.

Once we receive offers I will review the offer with you, contact the lender to verify the buyers loan.

I will negotiate with the buyers agent to get the highest value for your house.
